This resort is a hidden gem, nestled away from the chaos of Kodaikanal, providing a tranquil escape surrounded by nature. I had an amazing time at Zacs Valley Resort! The natural surroundings were breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to unwind with family. The spacious areas for games were a huge plus, although I think the rooms could benefit from a bit more cleanliness and upkeep for the price. The roads leading to the resort were somewhat challenging, so be prepared for a bit of a rough ride.

The beautiful natural surroundings and the peaceful environment were highlights, but the service fell short, especially during peak times like breakfast.
